Even though plants don’t have all the senses that humans have, they possess types of sensory capabilities we can connect with. Join Erin LaFaive to explore some ways to connect with plants in part 3 of the five part series on Connecting with Plants.
Connecting with plants is as natural as walking. You might be doing it more than you think you are. It’s about practice, just as you did when learning to walk, talk, or other automatic activity. Start out by simply enjoying them. Don’t ask what they can give you, don’t ask what you can give them. Sit by them, enjoy them, use your gaze, touch, and or voice to shower them with feelings of appreciation.
