She’ll also discuss ways to “read” tree health and how that relates to harvesting activities.
Harvesting and Drying Herbs
There are many ways to preserve plants for future use. Determining optimal time to harvest herbs and techniques for drying them to maintain peak therapeutic qualities can be tricky. Some herbs need to be dried quickly with added heat while others degrade quickly with that method. Learn which herbs do best with different drying techniques.
